Dynamics 365 test automation

Describe a business process in plain English. TestIQ turns it into an automated test.

Automate Dynamics 365 testing without writing test scripts, from a sentence, a recording, or a full business process. Create, run and validate tests for Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement.

The problem

Every Dynamics 365 release needs retesting. Manual regression can't keep pace.

Service updates, two release waves a year, and processes that cross several modules at once.

Regression is done by hand

The same Order-to-Cash clicks every cycle, covering only a sample.

Tests break when screens change

A moved field fails a test for reasons unrelated to the process.

A click is not a check

A test that pressed Post passes even when the invoice never posted.

RSAT is reaching end of support

Support ends on 15 May 2027. TestIQ is built to replace it.

Three ways to build a test. One library to run them from.

Start with a sentence, a recording, or a complete business process. Every test lands in one reusable library.

Level 01 · Plain-English tests

Language, not code.

Write the scenario the way a consultant would explain it to a colleague. TestIQ interprets it, runs the steps in Dynamics 365, and checks that each one produced the expected result.

  • No scripting required
  • Anyone on the team can create and review tests
  • Every step checked against its expected result
Connected environments
  • DEV → TEST → UAT → PRODUCTION
  • Production: validation where appropriate
  • The same tests in every release
